Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
iNPLASS is looking for Business Development Manager for their Middle East Operations. Our clients are exclusively 4&5* hotels.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target oriented. With a proven track record in organising and mobilising the sales team, building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. You will be responsible to create and apply an effective sales strategy for the organization.
Experience
Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
Hospitality / Tech sales: 3 to 5 years (Preferred)
Tech Products sales experience is preferred
Responsibilities
Creating business development plans, sales strategies and forecasting sales outcomes and growth projections
Preparing monthly, quarterly and YTD projections and sales targets for the team
Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
Training business developers and sales colleagues
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Producing reports for management
Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
Hardcore Sales Person
Meeting the higher management of hotels and sell
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Skillset
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good in Microsoft Office Utilities (Spread Sheet, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
