The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who has experience in Technology, Start Up, or Consulting recruitment to join our team.

Responsibilities

Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
End to end recruitment responsibilities
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience in staffing / recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
This role will have a sourcing consulting reporting directly. We are hands on, passionate, act with integrity and love to have fun. We are looking for someone who wants to join and grow our team.
