We are now recruiting a Sr. Manager - Business Development responsible to source outsourcing and BPO services clients for the Company.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share of the company and provide the best possible business solutions to clients.

Generating new business in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Strong understanding or finance and business processes.
Presenting about our Company’s services and its benefits to the prospective clients.
Creating pitch decks to present service offerings to clients.
Excellent skills to connect with senior management of various prospective clients.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Finalizing contracts & Service Level Agreements with prospective clients.
Ability to achieve business targets.
Good networking skills.
UAE driving license is must.

Education: MBA.
