We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LEARNING CONSULTANT to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
Create new business through existing and new clients
Proactively provide clients learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests
Hands-on experience in the design and development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs
Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution and review are met as per the clients’ needs
Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales target is met
Customize training programs and product as per company’s requirements
Market the Digital and E-Learning solutions to new and existing clientele

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Detail-oriented in helping clients identify, assess, and prioritize their learning objectives
A strong background in delivering towards revenue targets
A track record of meeting revenue targets with a client base in the region
Very organized in planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
Possess strong communication skills in discussing proposals and strategies
Knowledgeable in the education and training field
Able to coordinate between the client and our team
Advantage: Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
Advantage: Experience in selling Digital and E-Learning solutions
