We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help the company grow the business by acquiring new Talents and companies as clients.

Your main missions will be:

On the Talents side

Define your area of expertise (fintech/data/sustainability, etc) and identify the best Talents across countries for this specific industry.
Proactively engage with them, support their growth thought Talent-e digital services and represent them in front of the best companies !

On the Companies side:

Engage with prospects to kick-off the sales cycles, in order to generate qualified opportunities with targeted customers.
Use all available channels to identify and contact key decision makers within the target list of companies.
Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
On-board new clients across markets and countries.

Your profile:

3+ years of business development experience in the technology industry (fintech, e-commerce, SAAS, etc).
An energetic, driven and internationally-minded personality with a strong passion for Talent development who wants to be part of a start-up adventure from early beginning.
Have successfully secured partnerships and generated revenue in a greenfield environment.
Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude
Have worked in a high-growth environment and confortable with remote settings
Experience in Recruitment/Executive search will be a plus
