An Accounting and Bookkeeping firm based in Dubai is seeking to hire dynamic Business DevelopmentExecutives to promote and develop Accounting & HR services in UAE for their firm in UAE. The candidate should be innovative and smart to generate lead from scratch, open to working with a new startup and operate out the business center.

Salary: From AED 3,000.00 + Incentives

Job Roles and Responsibilities

 Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns to create new business opportunities,
 Make cold calls for new Business leads; be the first point of contact to prospective clients.
 Marketing of company services by phone, email and scheduled meetings with clients daily to discuss the progress with them and report back to the management
 Have full working knowledge of Accounting Industry and Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company
 Support in writing new business proposals
 Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients
 Attend client meetings along with senior management as a when required.

Competencies and Skills Required

 Must possess strong Customer Service Skills, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
 Must have good negotiation skills
 Must be able to create attractive Business Presentations and Documents
 Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
 Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and get the job done
 Complete working knowledge with computerized accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Etc.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

 Minimum University Degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Accounting or Finance or Business with a basic understanding of accounts and accounting to the extent of selling the product/services.
 Fluency in English - spoken and written is a MUST (other languages are a benefit).
 Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in an office in the UAE with similar job responsibilities;
 Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
