Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for well-spoken Business Development Executive to be responsible to keep healthy relationships with clients and partners.

It will require socialising so from phone conversation to attending lunches and events to conferences, business development executive must sure to keep networking.

Responsibilities:

Researching organizations and individuals online.
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Interface with existing strategic partnership to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Build referral and lead generation network.
Project understanding and training for partners.
Assisting sales process and after sales with business partners

The skills you need to excel in this position include:

Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure of a sales environment
Skilled in prioritizing obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organization
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Multilanguage skills, Preferably English, Russian
Real Estate background at least 3 months
Hospitality or other service industry knowledge.
Driver’s License is a must.
