We help small businesses break through the noise and reach their target audience with maximum impact and generate qualified leads via online marketing channels.
We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to help generate new opportunities for our agency.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development of new accounts for Above Digital
Collaborate with team on executive sales strategy, goals and forecasting
Manage all aspects of sales and relationship development process with new leads ( Building pitch materials and decks for potential clients, creating content, doing follow-up from meetings, and researching prospects)
Identify and manage new market opportunities/leads and manage pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and internal resources
Build business relationships with current and potential clients via face-to-face meetings, targeted trade shows, functions, networking events, etc., phone work, and virtual (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) to deliver leads and opportunities
Generate accurate forecast and sales activity reports for executive leadership
Assist with other sales activities/initiatives as instructed by your Directors and Client Service partners
Willingness to travel and open new markets for Above Digital
Desired Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience is required
Sales experience with an Ad Agency in UAE of at least 2 years is a must
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Industry experience within Tradeshow/Exhibits, Brand/Experiential Marketing, or Event marketing
Has proven the ability to successfully manage their own book of accounts in the profitable production of revenue opportunities
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications including PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required
An enthusiastic learner with superior creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work in an environment characterized by constant change and tight deadlines
Strong team player with innovative ideas who can partner with others (internal and external) to achieve objectives as well as the ability to work autonomously
Evidence of continued growth through education, skills training, and professional development
This position is open for both full-time and on a contract basis with a base salary and a strong commission structure and other benefits.
