Job scope

This role has a direct impact on the growth and success of the business. This will suit a sales professional who has a technical background and has interest in a dynamic role in a growing business. The successful candidate should be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally - able to contribute towards developing and managing relationships with customers/suppliers/vendors.

Example responsibilities

Owning and hitting annual sales targets
Developing and executing strategic plan to deliver value to customers and achieve growth targets
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer, partner and supplier relationships
Hands on approach to business and sales development
Willing to get involved in other areas on a need to basis
Create customer solutions, including products and service from in-house and technology partners capabilities

Ideal candidate

Experience

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Several years of working experience in telecom & ICT sales
The successful candidate should possess a strong technical background in the telecom field. Experience & knowledge of RAN, E2E Networks, RF Planning and optimisation in (5G/4G/3G) is essential.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience in sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions

Profile

Excellent knowledge of multi-vendor LTE/5G and wireless technologies
Commercial and pricing capability
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Analytical skills
Proactive attitude
