DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitoring employer’s email and responding if required
* Preparing communications on behalf of employer
* Drafting of contract for clients and maintaining relationship with B2B clients and/or associates
* Ensure files are managed appropriately, as per procedure and as directed
* Conducting or preparing any research that the employer may require
* Undertake sales, marketing and promotional work as directed and required
* Various ad hoc requests
* Travelling overseas when required

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
* Highly motivated, career minded and target driven
* Verbal and written articulacy in English. Other languages are an added advantage
* Computer (IT) literacy with Microsoft excel, word document and power point
* Marketing experience (preferable)
* Basic social media marketing skills (preferable)
