Brand Marketing Specialist - Dubai

We are looking for a driven Brand Marketing Specialist based in Dubai who lives and breathes car culture — tuning, turbochargers, and everything motorsport. In this role you will shape and amplify ATOMIC-Shop’s presence in the UAE tuning scene by producing standout content, running influencer collaborations, and executing campaigns that turn casual followers into loyal customers.
What you’ll do
• Develop and strengthen a memorable brand identity within the motorsport and tuning community.
• Produce high-impact, shareable content and lead influencer partnerships to boost reach and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Oversee creative assets — visuals, copy and the overall brand voice across channels.
• Organize product launches, events and strategic partnerships that resonate with the target audience.
• Track campaign performance and optimize using data and analytics.
Who you are
• Experienced in branding and automotive marketing; familiarity with auto-parts sales is essential.
• Deep understanding of tuning culture, motorsport communities and audience preferences.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and sell concepts.
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools: targeted advertising, social media management, and analytics platforms.
• Creative, community-oriented, and focused on turning engagement into measurable results.

• Have hands-on content creation and video production experience.
