The Barista will prepare and serve a range of specialty drinks, slushies, and candy-inspired beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, handling the POS system, preparing ingredients, and keeping the bar and service areas clean and organized. The role involves engaging with guests, answering questions about products, and promoting new flavors and merchandise in line with the brand’s playful and street-style concept. The Barista will also work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere.Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive guest experience.
Candidates should possess Barista and Food Preparation skills to consistently prepare high-quality drinks and slushies while following safety and hygiene standards.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, including handling orders and explaining menu items.
Previous experience in a café, bar, or quick-service environment is beneficial, especially in high-traffic or youth-oriented concepts.
Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and manage fast-paced service environments.
Basic cash handling and POS operation skills; attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus
