We focus on quality, consistency, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Barista & Dessert Maker to join our team in Abu Dhabi.The role includes preparing coffee and beverages, as well as preparing CHUMS cookies and signature desserts according to our recipes, measurements, portion sizes, baking procedures, and presentation standards.Full training on CHUMS recipes and dessert preparation will be provided.Main Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based coffee and hot/cold beverages.
Prepare cookies and CHUMS signature desserts.
Follow recipes, exact measurements, portion sizes, and baking times.
Weigh and portion ingredients accurately.
Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
Operate coffee and kitchen equipment safely.
Take customer orders and handle POS transactions when required.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Restock ingredients and supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work efficiently during busy periods and support the team when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, dessert shop, bakery, or F&B environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Good attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable, clean, organized, and willing to learn.
Salary: AED 2,700 – 3,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
