Responsibilities for Banquet Server
Attend pre-event meetings to be informed of schedule and menu
Dress in accordance with event guidelines
Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests
Memorize the event menu to provide prompt information to guests
Clear, clean and stage tables between courses
Wear slip-resistant footwear for all shifts
Adhere to all applicable laws when serving alcohol
Work all assigned shift unless approved by management

Qualifications for Banquet Server
Some education in hospitality (preferred)
Basset certification (preferred)
Good interpersonal skills
An understanding of local and state alcohol laws
Excellent memory ability
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to regularly lift and carry 25+ lbs
Ability to stand and walk for 10+ hours
Valid State ID
