Requirements:

· Native Russian speaker

· Excellent verbal and written English language

· Previous experience in customer-focused industry

· Knowledge of MS Office and internet is a must

· Knowledge of 1C is preferable

· Effective communication

· Fast-learner

· Flexible, responsible and organized

· Strong work ethics

· Excellent grooming standards

· Currently located in UAE

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring smooth running of the office

· Welcoming and assisting guests

· Handling all internal and external communications, enquiries and official correspondence in a timely and professional manner

· Arranging necessary documentation and maintain files

· Producing search for services and products needed for the school

· Preparing 1C invoices for sales stuff

· Following up on inquiries made via online applications

Qualification:

· Specialist qualification or Bachelor’s degree

· Two years of administrative experience

· Two years of Customer Service experience

· MS Office proficiency

· 1C knowledge is preferable
