We are currently hiring an Administration Officer to provide strong administrative support across office and project operations within a dynamic Oil & Gas environment. This role requires a highly organized, detail-focused professional who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day administrative and general office operations efficiently.
• Organizing, updating, and maintaining project documentation and company records.
• Coordinating meetings, calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for management and project teams.
• Providing administrative assistance to HR, site teams, and project departments as required.
• Preparing reports, timesheets, correspondence, and site-related documentation.
• Ensuring records and files are properly maintained and accessible when needed.
• Supporting smooth communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior experience within Oil & Gas companies is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• UAE or GCC experience will be considered an added advantage.
