We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant to handle day-to-day finance, accounting, and store/inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will blend strong financial skills with practical inventory control experience to ensure smooth operational and financial workflows at our Dubai facility.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance: Manage routine bookkeeping, process accounts payable/receivable, handle bank reconciliations, and assist in month-end financial reporting.
Store & Inventory Control: Oversee store operations, track inventory movements, perform physical stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise financial files, process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and support basic VAT-related documentation.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing cash flows, store expenses, and inventory turnover for management review.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or equivalent commerce qualifications.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience handling combined finance, accounts, and store/inventory management functions.
Skills: Strong numerical ability, high proficiency in accounting software, good command of Microsoft Excel, and excellent organizational skills.
Location Constraint: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
