Seedz Technology Group is building a implementing an ERP system to unify its operations across Dubai, Riyadh, and Beirut. Our engineering team builds the system — we need two sharp finance professionals to make sure it’s set up right, fed with clean data, and running accurately from day one.

Whether your background is in accounting, finance management, or internal audit, this role is about execution: structuring the books, migrating the data, setting up controls, and keeping the numbers clean across multiple entities and currencies.

The initial engagement is 3–6 months focused on ERP implementation and migration. High performers will be offered a permanent position as the company scales its finance and operations function.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Setup & Financial Structure

Define the Chart of Accounts, cost centers, and project accounting structures for the new ERP
Set up multi-entity and multi-currency accounting across UAE, KSA, Lebanon, and Poland
Classify and structure employee costs vs project costs within the system
Data Migration

Audit existing financial data across spreadsheets, bank records, and current systems
Migrate and reconcile data into the new ERP, ensuring clean opening balances
Controls & Compliance

Set up approval workflows, segregation of duties, and expense controls in the ERP
Ensure compliance with UAE, KSA, and Lebanese tax and regulatory requirements
Prepare the company for external audit readiness
Day-to-Day Financial Operations

Run monthly close processes and maintain accurate books across all entities
Produce P&L reports by project and by entity for management review
Track project-level costs (travel, per diem, logistics) alongside resource costs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Expertise

3–8 years of experience in accounting, finance management, financial control, or internal audit
Experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, migration, or daily use of any major platform)
Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts design, cost center structures, and project accounting
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting environments
Background in professional services, technology, consulting, or banking is strongly preferred
Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm experience is a significant plus
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIA certification is a plus
Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and GCC regulatory requirements
Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reconciliation discipline
Ability to translate business requirements into ERP configurations and financial structures
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis and migration work
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical workflows
Self-directed with the ability to manage workstreams independently
