About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant who has worked inside a Clinic, Hospital, or Medical Center in Dubai. You must understand how healthcare finance works, including accounting operations, reconciliation, and dealing with medical suppliers on a daily basis.

If you do not have healthcare experience in the UAE, your application will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations within a clinic/hospital/medical center environment.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and month-end closing.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Deal with medical suppliers, including:
Processing supplier invoices
Verifying pricing and delivery notes
Matching POs, LPOs, GRNs
Resolving discrepancies with suppliers
Maintaining supplier ledgers
Manage vendor reconciliation and maintain accurate supplier balances.
Prepare VAT reports, financial statements, and internal reports.
Support billing, insurance, and receivables functions (optional but preferred).
Coordinate with management on cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, clinic policies, and audit requirements.
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
Must have worked inside a Clinic, Hospital, or Medical Center in Dubai.
Must have UAE healthcare accounting experience (clinic/hospital/medical center).
Must currently live in Dubai.
Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare accounting experience.
Strong experience in:
Accounts payables & receivables
Dealing with medical suppliers
Reconciliation (suppliers, banks, insurance)
Financial reporting
Good understanding of UAE VAT and compliance.
Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong English communication skills.
