Accountant Required in Dubai

This is an on-site contract position for a Junior Accountant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team in audits or financial analysis.

Qualifications

Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Must be acquainted with use of Zoho accounting software
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive and initiative-driven attitude
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with teams
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience or internship in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
