Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing organization in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals who can independently manage full-set accounts and handle day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and minimal supervision. Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems are essential for success in this position.
Role Overview:

• Manage complete accounting functions independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain strong financial controls and reliable reporting processes
• Support business operations through precise financial data and analysis
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review
• Assist with audit activities and coordinate with external auditors when required
• Support tax filings and compliance-related documentation
• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with company policies and procedures
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for manual accounting tasks and reporting
• Work with Zoho Books and Wafeq; flexibility to adapt to other accounting software is an added advantage
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (diploma holders will not be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience is not mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Practical experience using accounting software, preferably Zoho Books
• Solid understanding of accounting principles with the ability to manage full-set accounts independently
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage but not compulsory
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail with a strong execution-focused mindset
