Account Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our organisation , a consulting company offering range of services including Accounts Outsourcing , Risk and Assurance, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Matters, Company Law Matters, FCRA & FEMA, Designing Internal Control Systems, ERP Implementations, Appellate Matters, Business Tax Planning and Financial Planning Services, Company Formation and Business Setup Services and Project Financing etc.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall accounts and finance operations of clients of our Accounts outsourcing department.
Effective handling of monthly, quarterly and annual closing with effective, timely and accurate closure of provisions and actualization of income and expenses and preparation of monthly profit and loss MIS of various clients.
Weekly review of trade payable and payment processed as per the policy of the client Companies.
Weekly review of trade receivable with management and provide trade debtors MIS of overdue payments and corresponded about overdue accounts and assured establishment of follow-up chart.
Coordination with Statutory auditor/Internal auditors and would be responsible for having audits done .
Looking after Legal Compliance i.e. Vat Returns
Must be able to prepare and present monthly presentations over monthly operations
Overall responsible for leading the overall accounts outsourcing of client.

Desired Skills

Core Experience in Accounts & Finance.
Must have experience of Finalization of Books of Accounts.
Must have knowledge of accounting standards and application of same.
Must be very strong in Tally, Busy, Excel. Working on Zoho will be added advantage.
Must be very good in excel
Must be okay for travelling to client places if required
