3D Visualizer Required in Dubai

BlackWhite by Lathief Production is expanding, and we are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer – On-Site Freelancer to join our creative team.

We are seeking someone passionate about creating world-class architectural visualizations, photorealistic renders, and cinematic walkthrough animations. The ideal candidate should also be open to using the latest AI tools to improve creativity, workflow, concept development, and post-production.

This is an on-site freelance role, so the candidate must be available to work directly with our team from our office/project location.

Responsibilities
Create photorealistic architectural exterior and interior renders.
Produce high-quality cinematic walkthrough animations.
Develop realistic lighting, materials, landscapes, and environments.
Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver visually strong outputs.
Use AI-powered tools to support concept generation, visualization workflow, and post-production.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards, creative expectations, and deadlines.
Support the team on-site during project discussions, reviews, and revisions.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in architectural visualization.
Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural renders and animations.
Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Forest Pack, and RailClone.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Chaos Vantage, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Kling AI, Krea AI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar creative AI platforms.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with the creative team.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and commitment to deadlines.
