Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dubai

Mosaic Talent Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading News Organization in managing its full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS platform (SuccessFactors preferred)
• Post job requisitions and track progress through recruitment workflows
• Advise hiring managers on writing effective job descriptions and conducting structured interviews
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks for recurring positions
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic solutions
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in agency or in-house recruitment
• Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws related to recruiting and hiring
• Familiarity with ATS tools and candidate tracking workflows
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the News or Media industry and understanding of its talent ecosystem
• Knowledge of international employment laws for global recruitment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong client focus and attention to detail
