Regional Human Resources Director Required in Dubai

A Investment management company in Dubai is looking for an HR Director with conceptual thinking and brilliant recruitment skills.

Main responsibilities:

Proceed with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting telephone/personal interviews.
Full onboarding process.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Minimum 12 years of experience in the HR field.
Efficient HR administration and employee management skills.
At least 3 years of group experience
Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Western-educated
