We have an exciting opportunity opened up for the role of a Specialist in our Human Resources department in the Abu Dhabi office. The role requires multi-dimensional capabilities. They are responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Role Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the HR Operations with regards to end-to-end onboarding, employee life cycle, and exit process.
Handle the monthly payroll-related activities for the employees.
Handle the HRMS system and processes pertaining to the system aligned with provided SOP’s.
Work closely with management and employees at various levels to improve process efficiency.
· Work closely with HR team and the business on the assigned HR initiatives and Employee engagement.

Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Handle Insurance Enrolments with the Third-Party Service Provider and assist for any grievances.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
· Support in developing and implementing employer brand internally.

· Handle the New joiners’ induction & exit formalities for Abu Dhabi.

· Support HR local & regional team in driving new company initiatives and implementing new policies.

Desired Profile:

· Candidates with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the HR field.

· HR qualification is preferred.

· Preferable if local in UAE and fluency in Arabic / English.

· UAE Labour Law Knowledge Skills.

· Candidates from leading consulting firms in the region are preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office –Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong inter-personnel, analytical, and management skills.

· Learning and development background is preferred.

· Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

· High-energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Location

Selected personnel will be based out of our Abu Dhabi office.
