Looking for a talented and passionate HR professional to join our HR Team.

The primary role is payroll, recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, attendance monitoring, employee documentation etc.

Major Responsibilities:

Maintain effective communication with all employees.
Manage various HR recruitment requirements in line with company and business objectives
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
In-depth knowledge of payroll process and best practices
Effectively handle the onboarding and off boarding plans of new employee
Ensure all employee records are maintained as per the company policy and legal requirements
