Proven ability in bench-marking and implementing the framework and policies, in line with the business needs Responsible for recruitment and management of white collars like engineers, managers or high designation, Blue collar workers like Carpenter, Painter, Plumber, Electrician, Mason, Helper, Drivers Single handed managing Screening, Selecting and On-boarding process.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Recruit international and local candidates as per the requirements.
• Aware about rules and procedures of UAE laws and regulations.
• Perform reference checks as need.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Arrangement of employees travel and stay Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arranged timely renewal Ensuring timely payroll processing, overseeing the compensation & benefits functions of the department.
