HR Executive Required in Dubai

Role:

As an HR executive you will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

Your Job will be to:

Provide first line support for HR processes, administration, and low-risk employee relations queries.
Support recruitment process by posting vacancies, arranging the interviews, follow up candidates about results and stages of interviews, giving the feedbacks, track the records about recruitment stages.
Cordinating on visa application/renewal, labor card and Emirates ID application, collection of required documents, labor contract formalities, insurance cards and visa stamping.
Manage the employee onboarding process.
Maintain and manage Employee filing systems and update records as required.
Help organize and manage employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off. Leave balance update and coordination.
Support for travel arrangements.
Writing the organization announcements, support internal communications & other office correspondence
Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, flights bookings
Participate in HR projects (support in organizing company events, Performance Development Process Cycle, Safe and Healthy projects, Training & Development, Hiring & Adaptation)

Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Effective communication skill both written and oral.
Strong admin skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must have sound knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration system
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Motivated individual with ability to effectively prioritise and plan workload in accordance with strict deadlines
