HR Executive - Dubai

AMSA Healthcare is seeking a competent and experienced HR Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience along with hands-on knowledge of other HR functions, playing a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll processing and leave management
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
• Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience with proven recruitment expertise
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
