We are looking for a qualified Global HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

In the first three months, expect to:
Learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals.
Have deep caring for the business workforce and be a proactive force behind workforce strategy.
Work with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges or issues.

In the six months, expect to:
Being strategic and offering alternative opinions or actions to business leaders.
Analyze and interpret data, use it to help business leaders better understand workforce needs and incorporate results into workforce strategy and planning.
Ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic expertise relating to Organisational Development and Performance for the effective growth of rapidly expanding functions.
Partner with different business leaders across UAE, Europe, and the United States to offer advice and solutions and ensure HR policies align with business goals.
Implement and contribute to Global HR strategic initiatives and improve processes.
Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Provide guidance and input on department structure, workforce planning and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Support Head of Talent Management to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity.
Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with members of leadership and senior team members.
Deep and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company.
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal-oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
