Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

1. Revenue Generation

Responsible for the assigned Sales targets for the Cleaning Services division. Increase revenue over and above assigned targets. Identify new opportunities, find selling opportunities using new contacts. Ensure all customer transactions are completely and accurately recorded and all necessary paperwork and information is passed to LINE Manager immediately. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

2. Sales Planning and Increase Profitability

Exploring new market opportunities by identifying prospects and through market intelligence; Effectively research and analyse new business opportunities within the UAE Market Segmentation and Develop individual Sales Planning to hit target and innovation.

Create opportunities within / outside the group companies, Ports, Freezone, Banking, Corporate, Government and Oil & Gas industries market segments. This involves working jointly with existing colleagues on such opportunities as well as generating new opportunities directly leading to closure and growth of business.

3. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain good relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include negotiating rates, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contracts, etc. Generate good will in the market by being a brand ambassador for WS and its products. Maintain good PR with potential client in the market and resolve their complaints.

4. Team Management / Coordination

Ensure that operational and sale- related information is communicated to all other appropriate departmental staff, thus maintaining accurate records. Work effectively with other sales team members in order to provide cover and maintain continuity of customer relations and service.

5. Special Projects

Support the sales team in order to generate revenue and profitability.
